I really do love Jello. There is something so comforting about it. That colour. The texture. There isn't much about Jello that I don't like. But I don't make it nearly enough. Really all it is coloured and flavoured water and gelatin, but I don't really care. It it a wonderful comfort food.

I love it with condensed milk. Is that weird?

Is condensed milk on Jello a Chinese thing? I remember relatives doing it. I thought it was just a tricky way for my mother to get me to have more milk though.
