I went to Congee Noodle house with my sister on Thursday night. We both hadn't eaten and needed something quick. We had the house special chow mein, honey garlic spareribs and a bowl of their hot and sour soup. I always over order Chinese food when it is a small group. I can't help myself. I want at least some variety. "Wow, that's a lot of pork," was all my sister said when the honey garlic spareribs arrived at the table. They do them very well at Congee Noodle House. The noodles were pretty standard, but the hot and sour soup was a little below average. I'd probably go with a bowl of corn soup next time. As much as I love hot and sour soup, theirs isn't as great as some of the other things on the menu.
